The block to copy and adapt

I do marketing for Hollow Pine Candle Co., a two-person shop selling hand-poured soy candles online and at one market stall in Asheville. Our customers are mostly women 30 to 55 who buy gifts. Voice: warm, plain, a little dry; no exclamation marks, no emojis beyond one. We never use the words "luxury" or "elevate". Every promotion must say the end date and mention free local pickup. Captions stay under 80 words.

When one rule overreaches. On a product launch, the same block produced "This promotion ends [end date]." The rule said every promotion, so it applied here. It also added scent notes we never gave it.
